Our home has previously served as a model home in the estates neighborhood of Deer Creek in Sterling Oaks. It is still in the same pristine condition as it was when it was a model in 2004. Beautiful professionally decorated home with 12 foot ceilings, 2200+ sf under air, and loaded with builder upgrades. Artistic, professionally hand-painted scenes on walls. Split bedrooms for privacy with the master bedroom and bath encompassing one entire side of house. Fully stocked kitchen with corian countertops and breakfast nook overlooking the screened pool area and lanai.

Huge master bedroom with king bed, spacious bath with dual sinks, garden tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads and two walk-in closets with closet organizers. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has a full size bed. There are TV's in all three bedrooms along with one in the great room and one in the breakfast nook. All kitchen and bath towels, bed linens and beach towels are provided.

The back of the house is a large lanai with table and chairs, two lounge chairs and pool (heat available). Landscape lighting for the multiple palm trees provides a romantic backdrop for evening relaxing or entertaining. Privacy fence at the back and lush landscaping provide a very private setting.

The garage floor is carpeted and has a foosball table and ping pong table for game time. Two adult and one child bicycle are available for your use.

The house is close to the multiple beaches (about 10 minutes). We sometimes ride the bikes to them. Bonita Beach has jet ski rental, parasailing and Doc's Beach House. Barefoot beach is our favorite for shelling and finding a privite space to relax. Vanderbilt Beach is just a few minutes farther and has soft sand and the Ritz Carlton for a delicious lunch.

About The Owner

Peggy and Dave are both beach people. Dave likes to spend as much time as possible windsurfing or jet skiing while home in the Washington D.C. area. Peggy loves to relax on the beach with a good book or shelling along the shore. Their two boys are beach lovers as well. We fell in love with the Naples area on our first visit and get down as often as we can.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004

We chose this home because of the beautiful professionally decorated rooms, private backyard with pool, lush landscaping of Sterling Oaks and its close proximity to the beaches.
