Renovated 4,000+ sq.' executive home in south Palm Desert just minutes from El Paseo Drive. This 4 bedroom executive home has two separate rooms to watch T.V (Direct T.V. Satellite)or simply to relax and read a book in peace. One of the T.V. rooms has a hide-a-bed couch which can be converted to a fifth bedroom. A expansive great room area has two large leather sofas and is ideal for entertaining. The 12' dining table has 10 chairs and can accommodate more if needed.

Den off the master bedroom has a computer with printer/scanner and wireless internet throughout the house. Free North America long distance calling.

The backyard has a large (14' x 33') secluded salt water pool and separate spa. There is a large covered patio if you want to sit outside in the shade. Large natural gas BBQ for outside entertaining.

This is an ideal home for a golf getaway!

Non smoking home.

Home is professionally managed with someone available 24/7. All payments are handled by the property manager.

About Darwin

My wife and I live in Calgary, Canada. We intend to retire to Palm Desert in a few years and live in this home. In the interim, we will only be able to visit a few times a year during our cold Canadian winter months.

Great 60th Birthday!!!

I just returned from a wonderful week celebrating by BIG 60 with 5 wonderful girlfriends. We picked a very hot week 106 the day we arrived. We are all golfers so had to get up at 5am everyday to tee off at 7am and then get to come back and enjoy our beautiful place together. Very secluded neighbour hood and nice quiet area to enjoy a fun week together. We had the pool heated and then turned it off which was a mistake as it cooled off too much and we did not swim at night after we turned it off but lovely it during the hot days. The house is great for 4 singles not wanting to share beds and would be great for 2 families as well. A few reccomendations are to put a fan or mister out side over the dining table. The other was only one media room is needed and to turn the front one in to another bedroom and the bathroom is there so would be 5 bedrooms. Loved it all and will return again..... Thank you.
Staff and care takers were great!!! Linda and her 5 fabulous golfing buddies..................

I am looking at options to cool off the deck outside. It is in the shade all day and really only an issue in the summer.

I rented the house for a golf vacation for six lady golfers The house was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located to our golf, tennis and shopping destinations. The living areas were spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with all necessary equipment, including higher end appliances. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The patio configuration was great with many different options for dining, reading a book or lounging in the sun. We had an excellent mini vacation and we look forward to renting the house again in the future

My family just spent a wonderful two weeks enjoying this gorgeous property. The home is in a wonderful location - a very easy walk to El Paseo and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone (we had 6 adults and 3 babies stay here). The kitchen is lovely - very big with lots of space for everyone to hang out and eat, prepare food, etc. The outdoor space is wonderful - the pool gets sun all day long and there is also plenty of shade if you need to escape the desert heat. We enjoyed all that this home had to offer and would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location for exploring the PS area. Midway between the airport and La Quinta it provides easy access to golf, shopping, dining and the BNP Paribas Open. Lovely private yard to enjoy the sun pool and hot tub. New well equipped kitchen and a great BBQ. Plenty of high quality linens. The property was clean and well maintained. Great amenities for a group.

Winter get away

Great south Palm Desert home, located in a good neighborhood just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, golf and the mountains. For the entire month of February three adults with pets enjoyed this beautiful home with its oasis spa like backyard. The home is good for entertaining with large dining room, spacious living room, two TV viewing rooms and large well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed sharing the home with friends for a super bowl party and cooked most of our meals at home on the large BBQ. This is a clean home with new furnishing. The home is close to hiking trails, large dog park, El Paseo Drive shopping, numerous golf courses and restaurants. We recommend relaxing in the afternoons in the sun and shade offered in the home’s outdoor living environment. Weather was perfect for the pool and spa!
