Wonderful Stay!

I have three words for this charming lakefront cottage on Otsego Lake in Gaylord - A-MAZ-ING! My husband and I spent this past Labor Day Weekend there and fell in love with it! The cottage is beautiful, well-decorated, and clean and the view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous! The description talks about the "sleeping porch"...let me tell you - it's true. We fell asleep on the very comfortable daybed all three nights. The owner, Lorrie, was extremely friendly when I spoke with her over the phone. That's always a plus! The property manager, Teri, was also very friendly and didn't interfere with our vacation just to collect the rent check! We were able to bring our dog also, which means a lot to us - we don't go anywhere without her. We went into Gaylord and had lunch at the famous Sugar Bowl Restaurant - a must try. The food was delicious and the restaurant has a lot of history. All in all, this was a weekend to remember and we will definitely make this one of the places that we will return to year after year!
