As well as it's closeness to Disney and just 20 min from Sea World and Universal Studios, the villa is fully air conditioned and comfortable; this is the ideal home from home. When you first walk in, you will be thrilled to see that our home is squeaky clean and fresh. Kid and family-friendly, this house is filled with everything that you could possibly need to make your dream holiday complete. Most importantly, there are very comfy beds, squashy sofas and cathedral ceilings which give lots of light and the feeling of space. Most of the furniture is painted in whites and creams, which all add to the lightness, (and little finger marks are wiped away easily). In the American kitchen, you can brew coffee, cook waffles and squeeze fresh juices to make an authentic breakfast, or prepare a snack or full size dinner party in the evening. The large fridge/freezer will keep your wine, ice cream and all your perishable food at just the right temperature. And as for the pool and spa - bliss!
Why the Owner Chose Four Corners:: We chose Four Corners because it is so central for the Parks, restauran and other places of fun and interest,. The site is terraced, and this means that we look down from the back yard onto the roofs of the one storey homes below us.
In the distance we can see Green Swamp, under a 20 minute drive away, This is an area of rural beauty where Florida’s flora and fauna can be found in a natural state that has had little modification by man. The area contains a variety of different habitat types with a wide diversity of plant life. These types include, but are not limited to, sandhills, flatwoods, oak hammocks, river swamp and cypress ponds. The characteristic cypress ponds that dot the landscape can only be found in central Florida. This intact ecosystem attracts many types of wildlife. The preserve is an excellent place for bird watching and observing other wildlife from mammals, amphibians, reptiles and butterfly species. There are many recreational opportunites for you to try.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa: : Year Purchased: 2003 - We enjoy the closeness to the Theme Parks, the ease of driving to them, and all the nearby restaurants, shopping malls, state parks, and places of interest. Situated on US 27 and only 5 minutes from Interstate 4, we can be anywhere we want quickly and easily - both the east and west coasts are well under a 2 hour drive away. However, much the best thing to do is swim or lie in the sun on Pelican Cove's large deck, reading a good book and with a drink of your choice nearby. Owner Description/Comments: Bronwen and Richard (who are just about to board the Orient Express train) are the very proud owners of Pelican Cove Villa. It has become the much loved second home for friends, family and of course themselves. It is a complete contrast to the country cottage in England, where they live most of the time.
