Enjoy a bit of paradise at our professionally decorated, spacious Rotonda home! This vacation villa provides beauty, peace, and tranquility galore. Completed in 2004, our four bedroom, three bathroom home sits on a quiet, upscale residential street and backs up to a beautiful golf course. Located approximately 15 minutes from clean white sandy beaches, Rotonda is a golfer's dream and is close to Englewood, Boca Grande, and Port Charlotte which provide vacationers plenty of shopping, movies, and dining at various restaurants. Drive a little farther and you will be in Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Sarasota, Venice, Marco Island or Tampa. Within an 80-mile radius are four major airports for non-stop service from many cities including some in Europe. We are approximately 2.5 hours from Disney World.
As you walk through the front door, you will enter the beautifully furnished living room/lounge. This room, as well as two others, have huge "pocket slider" doors which open to the relaxing lanai and private pool. The lanai and southwest facing pool are enclosed in a large screened cage which overlook one of Rotonda's most beautiful golf courses. There is a large table with seating for six on the lanai as well as four loungers poolside. You can bask in the Florida sunshine or relax in the shade after you take a dip in the crystal clear pool which has optional electric heat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation. It has all the conveniences of home~side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, electric kettle, toaster, and garbage disposal. The dining area seats six people comfortably and overlooks the pool/lanai. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen which houses the full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The beautiful master bedroom suite has a queen-sized bed, cable TV, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in Roman shower complete with built in bench, a large garden (soaking) tub, and twin washbasins. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and its own bathroom complete with walk-in shower, toilet, and wash basin. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and plenty of closet space. There is a third bathroom close to the third bedroom. It has a toilet, sink, and combination tub with shower. The third bedroom also has cable TV. All of the bedrooms have clock radios and all bathrooms have hair dryers in them.
In the rear of the house is another beautifully furnished large living room/lounge. Cable TV, a DVD and CD players provide entertainment. There are phones in the back living room, kitchen, and master bedroom for your use and which provide unlimited free long distance within the USA. We also provide wireless internet in case you would like to bring your laptop. There are board games, paperback books, CD's and DVD's available for your enjoyment. Park your vehicle in the attached garage that has an automatic garage door opener for your convenience. There are beach chairs stored in the garage for your use as well as coolers. If you have young children, there is a safety fence available to surround the pool for their well being.
