This is a continuously updated, owner cleaned and managed cottage by the sea. The beach is just 50 steps from the front door. You can hear the waves crash and catch peak Gulf views from each unit or relax by the pool, listening to a flock of parrots, native to Anna Maria island. Adjacent neighbors are high-end rentals and $1m+ seasonal residences.
Dive and fish on one of Florida's near-shore limestone and coral reefs, Spanish Rocks, just 200 yards from the beach access.
Island-wide trolley stop, restaurants, Wallgreens/CVS, grocery (Publix) and even a recently-created city nature preserve are all within 1-3 blocks from the unit.
We have paid attention to every detail when pulling together the interiors of this rental. We have created two very special places to be. The west unit has a very tropical/beachy feel. The rooms are bathed in yellows, blues, and greens. The feeling is fresh and relaxing. The east unit has a romantic, beach cottage charm. Tans and whites rule the color scheme here. The feeling is crisp and clean. Each unit is appointed with new appliances, large flat-screen TVs, cabinets, furniture, and linens. Each unit also enjoys a patio with outdoor seating. Just perfect for sipping a cold beverage and enjoying a beautiful sunset.

My husband and I purchased our 'back yard neighbor' in 2003. We are constantly tinkering, painting, decorating and improving our property. We love meeting our new guests. We have always had the best guests and have many returning guests to our rental, some for more than ten years!
Location is this property's major benefit. Steps from the white-sand beaches, one block to the island-wide trolley stop, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops and a recently-created city nature preserve. Access to/from the island is also a major plus, other rentals in the south and north part of the island can take 20-30 minutes at peak traffic times to make it to Manatee or Cortez Bridges, which serve as the only access to the island. Bridge access is just two minutes from our unit.
