Perfect Home Away from Home, 4 bedrooms, heated pool, gated community

This home was beautiful, it was very clean and also well equipped. I would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner was exceptionally cooperative and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. The home and pool were impeccably clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay except for food. There's a visitor's guide in the house with suggestions of things to do and see and places to eat. Shopping is nearby. The neighborhood is very quite. The neighbors were friendly. The bed was comfortable. Fabulous weather.

Plenty of room for our visitors to spread out.

We mostly hung out at the house, swimming in the heated pool. There was some trouble with the pool pump, but it was nothing the owner could have controlled and he was very fair with us regarding it. I think one of the best ways to judge accommodations is how they react when something goes wrong. There were a couple of glitches with our visit -- some my fault, some nobody's fault, none the owner's fault -- and he addressed each of them in the way most accommodating to me and my family.

We didn't eat out much. We mostly grilled on the provided propane grill or made something easy in the fully equipped kitchen. We did go out for treats to Bahama Buck's one of our local favorites.

Apart from the swimming and hanging out, we went to the Easter Pageant put on by the mormon church at their temple in downtown Mesa. We also took our kids to an ASU softball game, which was inexpensive and a lot of fun.

The only hesitation I have in giving this place such high marks is that I fear someone will read this review and book the place for a time I want to stay there in the future. ;)
