About this property

Sunny 3 bed/3 bath where every room opens to the outside, including separate decks off each bedroom, and the kitchen. The natural light-filled great room, has a wood burning fireplace, and is well equipped with a large TV and Sonos surround sound. The spacious dining area (comfortably seats 6) opens to entirely remodeled kitchen, complete with dishwasher, coffee maker and all modern appliances. The dining-living area opens to a covered deck, with table/bench seating (6), by the pool.

The master bedroom & 2nd bedroom have en suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom will comfortably sleep 2, comes with its own fireplace and has a full bathroom across the hall. All living and sleeping space are on the same one floor.

There’s a gas grill in our outdoor kitchen located next to this decked area, complete with a small fridge, in a beautiful manicured and spacious back lawn.

For beachgoers, a short walk will bring you to the Barnes Landing private beach area, or an 8 minute drive to the Atlantic beaches of Amagansett. If you wish to wine & dine, the quaint town of Amagansett, with a lovely mix of high end restaurants and shops is also less than an 10 minute drive. East Hampton Town is about 10-15min away while Montauk and Sag Harbor are 20-25min by car.

Fantastic Home in a Great Area, Adjacent to Towns and Beaches.

Initially we were worried since the house is newly on VRBO and doesn't have reviews. We're so glad we took the leap of faith, this home is an absolute gem. It'll be loaded with 5 star reviews like ours by the end of the season. Hosts made everything easy and responded to any questions we had, quickly. --great location, super close to Amagansett's town (4 min drive). Also, we can park in the Amagansett town square and walk to the beach without having to deal with beach parking passes. --home is immaculately clean, bathrooms are all far from one another so there's privacy and space. Beds are comfortable, clearly the owners like a good night's sleep. To us, it felt like the master bedroom and the 2nd large bedroom with a bathroom were equally awesome. Sort of like having two master bedrooms in one house, with another room that's smaller. --the pool gets a lot of sun all the way until late afternoon, --the home is also close to East Hampton town...it's unique to be situated in a spot where it's fast to get to Amagansett as well as East Hampton Town. We especially liked this. And the bay is right behind the house (a 2 min walk, if not less) - there's a cliff with a long steep stairwell (looks like it was recently built) that leads down to a beautiful and serene stretch of sand along the bay. We also enjoyed the sunsets at nearby Louse Pointe. We'll definitely book this home whenever we go to the Hamptons.
