Our dock has a 'tiki hut' which is just perfect for relaxing. The house is spacious, and communicatively lay out. It is suitable for up to 8 people and features all possible comforts. The heated pool has a 75 m2 deck and teak furniture which is ideal for relaxing. A washing machine and dryer are naturally available. Children are very welcome, and a cot and highchair are included. Shopping, restaurants, and leisure time facilities are all easily reached. In short, everything is here for a stress-free vacation.

Cape Coral is an up and coming vacation region which is located between the Caloosahatchee River and the Golf of Mexico. It is one of the safest areas in Florida, and extremely family-friendly. The town area is laced with canals and ideal for water sports, golf, tennis, and cycling. It offers visitors all amenities. The beaches are easy to reach (Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach about 25, Napels about 35-40 minutes' drive), as are Florida's regional attractions (the Edison Museum 15 minutes, Everglades City about 90 minutes).

  • Each extra person costs an additional Euro 90.00 per week. Children under 6 are free. Children aged 7 to 14 cost Euro 45,00 per week.
    Prices do include taxes.
    There is a 20 % seasonal charge at Christmas and Easter.
  • Payment conditions: 20 % due upon booking, the remainder no later than 20 days before arrival with the remainder of the rent. It will be returned within 15 days of departure. We charge Euro 150.00 for final cleaning, which is due with the final rental payment. Electricity is charged according to use. Telephone: local calls free, long distance with a prepaid card. Cancellation charges: 10 %, 45 days or more before tenancy, 30 %, 30 to 44 days before tenancy, 50 %, 20 to 29 days before tenancy, 80 %, 19 days or less.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, groß und hell. Die Einrichtung - perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Es liegt sehr ruhig am Kanal, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Es gibt einen super netten Verwalter, der sich um alles kümmert und jederzeit mit Tipps zur Seite steht.
Wir waren schon zum 2ten Mal hier, weil es einfach das schönste Haus ist!!!! und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir empfehlen das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter.
