Pristine 2 Bedroom cottage with access to Town Cove. Water views and close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, mini golf and much more. Walk back from the Cove with a basket of clams and cook up some chowder. House is one level with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Sunroom is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. All the comforts of home include Central Air Conditioning and Wireless Internet. Rinse off the sand from playing at the beach in the outdoor shower. Sit on the grass bleachers, beneath the stars @ Eldridge Field 1 mile down the road in Orleans and enjoy the BEST summer league baseball in the country. Nauset Beach for surfing, fishing and boogie boarding and the warm summer waters of Skaket Beach are both a short drive away. Cape Cod at its best.
