The charming Lakeview House is fully furnished with three (3) bedrooms. Two (2) on the main floor, each bedroom has a queen size bed. And four twin size beds on the second floor. A newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking appliances. A outdoor patio furniture is available with a grill and firepit for your use. There are 3 television sets with DVD and over 100 movies ready for your entertainment. You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Winnisquam Lake while relaxing on one of the four rocking chairs and enjoying refreshments on old fashion front porch. No pets are allowed. Some of the walking distance attractions are: Market Store for light groceries, tackle shop, a Pirates Cove Miniature Golfing/Bumper Boats, Marine for boat/kayak rentals, Lobster Connection take-out seafood, and a breakfast diner, ect... Also, the Lake Region area is a boater’s/fishing paradise. Bring your boat during your stay.

Just wanted to let you know we had such a great time on our vacation at your cottage!!! I Loved sitting on the front porch with my coffee every morning and enjoying the view of the Lake!! One day we rented a boat at the Marina right next door another we walked to Pirates Cove...take out food and shopping are just moments away....LOVED the location. My kids loved the house and location so much they kept asking us if we could move in!! Anyway thank you for letting us enjoy your cottage!!....Would recommend to EVERYONE!!...actually my sister rented the cottage the week after us and Loved it just as much!!

An Enjoyable Stay at 6 Winnisquam Way

We were quite pleased with our stay at the cottage at Lake Winnisquam. Our cottage was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the front porch, sitting in the wicker chairs with such a nice view of the Lake. The location was just fine for all the activities we took part in. At Opechee Park we enjoyed swimming and BBQ's. At Gunstock there was the Zip Line and so many more fun activities. The theater located nearby was where we were mesmerized by the play,On Golden Pond. At Lake Winnipesaukee, not too far away, we had a delightful dinner and dance cruise on the Mt. Washington. Pirate's Cove, nearby, was the scene for mini-golfing. We would recommend this property to both friends and relatives.

Great Relaxing Vaca

My cousin and I wanted to get away from the city for a quiet weekend where she could bond where she could bond with my small children. THis was the perfect place for us. More than enough space, felt like our home except in a relaxing setting. My 2 year old enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the chipmunks and squirrels hang out on the yard, while we enjoyed the house's amenities, near by mini golf, and local ice cream shop. We were sad we only had 3 1/2 days to take it all in.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
