Family Friendly Townhome, 3+ Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

Renters must be 25 years or Above. This townhouse sleeps 8 - 10 comfortably. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. A perfect family retreat! It has 3 bedrooms, plus bunk room that sleeps 4. 3 levels with a deck on each level with unobstructed views of the mountain. The property is located in the Northridge at Camelback community with views of Camelback Mountain Ski Resort, just 2 minutes away. Fabulous views of the ski slopes both day and night. Slopes are lit for night skiing. Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark and CBK Mountain Adventures are family attractions for Fall fun. Several other attractions are only minutes away, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino Resort, Pocono Raceway, antique shops, family restaurants etc. The rental unit is bright and cheery and has been recently updated with new furniture, bedding, carpeting, paint, and hardwood floors on main level.

Why the Owner Chose Tannersville: : Location, Location, Location! We love to ski Camelback in the winter and enjoy Camelbeach in the summer. We enjoy hiking and biking in Big Pocono State Park (over 1,300 acres) in the spring and fall. CBK Mountain Adventures is open through the fall. This includes a Zipline going down the mountain, plus obstacle courses and mountain Segway tours. The house is just ten minutes away from Mount Airy Casino Resort that offers live table games and slots. Bushkill Falls, The Niagara of PA is a twenty minute drive. Canoeing, kayaking and rafting in summer. Year round property, actives in the area for all seasons.

Owner Description/Comments:: We (parents) both grew up skiing and wanted to share this wonderful sport with our children. We introduced them to the sport at an early age. After trying several resorts in the area we found that Camelback was the most family friendly with quality skiing. After our first visit, we knew we had found something special. We purchased the property so our family would have a home in the mountains for years to come. Our time at Camelback is most treasured and filled with happy times year round. It is a place that is both special and practical so that we can entertain our family and friends with comfort and ease.

Notes: Perfect house for families with children. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age of 25 for rental. We have also recently updated the bathrooms, kitchen, and bunk room with ceiling fans in every bedroom. The master bedroom (queen size bed) has bathroom and a deck with a view of the mountain. The additional bedroom on the second floor has 2 twin size beds. The guest bedroom, on the main level, has a queen bed. There are 3 full bathrooms in the unit, one on each level. The basement bunk room is the perfect hangout area for the kids. It is spacious and well lit so they can enjoy their own TV sitting area while others enjoy the cozy fireplace and entertainment area on the main level. There is also a TV in the master bedroom and guest room - a total of 4.

My family and I stayed at this vacation rental property and we enjoyed our stay. The property was just as it was pictured online, the basement is really cool. We really enjoyed the closeness to camelbeach waterpark, and we were just a short drive from town. The unit was clean, and spacious, and the only issues we had was with the patio door screen, which needed repair, and the refrigerator didn't seem to keep contents cold. Inspite of those minor observations my family and I had a great time. I would love to see this property again with flat panel televisions throughout, and upgraded t.v package with a few premium channels. I definitely would recommend this property as a place to stay if you are vacationing in the area.

Three families .... six adults .... three teenagers! Perfect townhouse! Nicely appointed! The boys really enjoyed the lower level! Plenty of room for them to spread out and have fun whlle the adults enjoyed the beautiful view and the crackle of the fireplace on the main level!
A few minor problems that were corrected instantly by the landlord and onsite maintenance!
The single beds in the third floor bedroom were a bit uncomfortable and the sheets a bit worn .... other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed the townhouse and the hospitality of the owner on check out day!
Thanks George ...... We will return!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our family of 9 at George's house! The space was perfect for our needs. It was clean with comfortable bedrooms and a great first floor bunk bed/play room. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The location could not have been more convenient to Camelback Mountain for winter-time sports. Thanks, George- you were easy to work with and we hope to rent again from you in the future.
