Luxurious townhouse just steps from the beautiful ocean. Built in 2005 with marble floor, granite and stainless steel appliances, this house will immerse your family/friends in a warm, fun-filled tropical getaway. Whether you choose to swim in the ocean or private pool, play in the Schlitterbahn water park or video/table games at home, sample famous local seafood restaurants or cook in the fully appointed kitchen...the vacation home is set up to provide the comfort, entertainments and memorable moments of your time on South Padre Island...

The total living space is approx. 2500 sf. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths:

* Master: King

* BR 2 : 2 Twins

* BR 3 : 2 Queens (Orthopedic mattresses)

* BR 4 : 2 Bunks

With the additional full sleeper sofa in living room, the house would comfortably accommodate 12-14 people.

The upstairs Master suite has private balcony with ocean view. It also has a wet bar and mini-fridge. Bedroom 3 also has its own balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf view. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and designed for entertaining the youngsters with 32" LCD TVs, Playstation 2 game system and foosball table in the adjacent den.

For other in-home entertainment, the living room has 40" HD LCD TV with built-in DVD player. All bedrooms have TV+DVDs for your late night favorite movie viewing.

The house has a very open floor plan downstairs connecting the kitchen, dining and 2 living areas, perfect for large family reunions.

Just got back from our trip and I have to say I can't wait to go back! The house was just like the pictures showed and set in a nice neighborhood. The house is just steps away from the beach. It was nice & convenient to walk back and forth for lunch or bathroom breaks. The beach was clean and the ocean waves were perfect for body surfing and boogie boarding. The house was also clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The Walmart located across the bridge was just a 15 min. drive away to load-up on all our food and necessities for the week. I would recommend it to all my friends!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
