The Revelstoke Ski Chalet is a log chalet located on a secluded property just off Highway 1 (the TransCanada Highway), four kilometers west of Revelstoke, B.C.
The chalet has three levels. On the ground level is a large tiled entrance; one bedroom with a queen-size bed with rustic log-frame, a loveseat and gas fireplace; a bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV; a washroom; and a washer and dryer. On the main level, finished in beautiful pine, is the living room with fireplace and a TV; the dining room; fully equipped kitchen; and washroom with a two-person soaker tub. There are floor-to-ceiling windows across the front of the chalet through which one can see Revelstoke Mountain Resort. There is a loft, also finished in pine, with a queen-size bed and TV. The driveway is cleared in the winter.

We chose this location because the property is in a beautiful location at the foot of a mountain, and the home and other buildings are beautiful also. The property is out of town, but close enough to town to be convenient.
Peaceful beautiful setting, all year 'round. Quiet, helpful neighbors. Close to excellent sking at RMR.
The view from the living area and the loft bedroom are quite beautiful and there’s a giant rock outside the dining room window which adds character and charm to the setting.
This very tastefully furnished log cabin is exactly as it looks online, except it’s even more attractive. There’s a warmth and gracefulness in the décor that’s very inviting. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything matches and seems quite new. The loft bed is very comfortable, and the large soaking tub is a real positive after a hard day of hiking. The loft bedroom is very spacious with a lovely view, but the closest bathroom is downstairs on the main level.
The house is very close to Revelstoke, less than a 10 minute drive, which means you have the privacy of the country but the convenience of restaurants and shopping.
The Visitor’s Center (111 Victoria Rd, Revelstoke) is a great resource for hikes in the area and information about other activities. We especially enjoyed the hike to Eva Lake and Miller’s Lake, and there are also stunning waterfall hikes. Glacier National Park is about a 45 minute drive and offers a large number of other magnificent hikes; our favorite was the hike to the Glacier Chalet.
