A lovely guest house in a quiet setting, situated on 21/2 acres, and only minutes away from food shopping, dining, golf, premium outlets and the Dell Diamond, home to a triple A baseball team the Round Rock Express. The 900sq.ft. 2 BR,11/2 bath guest house will sleep 4. If a workout is what you need,you won't need to go far, as there is a 300sq.ft. loft with workout equipment overlooking the living room.The full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher has plenty of room to cook meals if you wish. Enjoy the 1800sq.ft. outdoor living space. A great place to have a wedding reception, graduation party, family reunion or just sit back and watch your favorite football team play on one of two outdoor tv's. If it's cool in the evening, the outdoor fireplace(wood provided) or the portable heaters will take the chill off. The heated 8'X10' spa will let you relax and unwind from a busy day. This quest house is everything you will need to truly feel like it's 'home' away from home.
