You will know you are THERE when you pull into the drive of this beautiful beachfront Italianate villa. Located in the private gated beachfront community of Carillon Beach, Are We There Yet? has everything for a memorable vacation. This 4,500 sq ft home sits directly on the beach and has amazing views of the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. Perfect for family gatherings, this property is truly an architectural gem.

The wonderful kitchen on the first floor overlooks the dining room, oversized living area with its fireplace, and wide veranda with awesome views of white sand, emerald water, and sunsets that are sure to warm your heart. The 1st floor also has a lovely guest bedroom with its own bath. Upstairs there is a beautiful master suite with an elegant bath. The master bedroom and a guest bedroom and bath share a gulf front balcony. Also upstairs are a second guest room and another room that has a sleeper sofa and can be used as a gameroom or bedroom. There is also a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath Guest house. The Guest house has a full kitchen and living room. During summer the Main and Guest house are only rented together, but the rest of the year the Main house can be rented separately.

We offer express check in directly at the house.

Centrally located, Carillon Beach is a private community located at the West end of Panama City Beach and only 2 miles away from Scenic Highway 30A. Very family friendly, Carillon Beach has 3 community pools, tennis courts, a playground, and a basketball court. With access to Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake, you can rent a kayak and explore the unique wildlife. Carillon Beach also has a downtown area with a spa, gym, stores and restaurants. For your convenience there are 2 grocery stores located directly outside of the front gate. Pier Park, a shopping and entertainment destination, is a short 10 minute drive away.
