House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage single story home. It is spacious and very clean! It is located on a deepwater canal that over looks beautiful Tampa Bay. It has an outdoor pool that is not heated....... ONLY heated by the good old Florida sunshine!

There is a large screened lanai attached running the length of the kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom. The lanai has 4 sets of double glass doors that open into the lanai.

Great trip to Tampa

We just spent a week at this property and enjoyed our time thoroughly. I travelled with my husband, 3 year old son and in-laws. The house was well kept, clean and quiet modern, as per the pictures. The weather was cool and therefore the pool was never warm enough to use, however in warm weather it would have been great. The location was centrally located for all attractions such as the zoo, aquarium, Clearwater beach, Tampa and PIE airport. If this house fits your criteria then do not hesitate to rent it as I am sure you will like it as much as we did. During our stay it was also easy to get in contact with the owners via text or email, all of our questions were answered promptly. Thanks for the lovely stay.

I was very hesitant to rent a house. This was the first time I did so and Vonda was very thorough! Emails and phone calls were made to ease any questions I had. The pictures do not even do this house justice! I had the best sleep here! The location for us was key...you do not hear or see your neighbours! It was like we were at our own personal resort. We were able to get up and be in the pool by 10 every day watching the manatees and even dolphins go by in the canal! The only downfall was that we chose not to use the pool the first two days because of all the leaves but once Vonda was aware of the problem, she had the pool boy over a.s.a.p to clean it twice during our stay. We didn't want to come home! We will defiantely be back!!! Thank you so much Vonda!

Hello, This was the first time using VRBO as well as first time to the Tampa area. I must say Vonda and Chris were very helpful during the entire process. They were very helpful, informative and easy to get in touch with when I had a question. The home is clean, up to date and beautifully kept. We felt at home instantly! The pool is relaxing, the water front view is peaceful and very private.
We will be going back.Thank you!
