Studio+ Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

Our studio is conveniently located to the famous 5th Avenue, beach and most attractions.

We purchased the unit in February of 2008. At that time we made the following improvements with NEW; Air Conditioning, microwave, TV, DVD player, pull-out couch, kitchen supplies, mattress, bedding, pillows, washer and dryer and much, much more. It is 480 square feet in size.

The studio is located on the top (3rd) floor and is a corner unit. The studio has great windows for natural light. It is a clean, cozy place for vacationers to enjoy who are traveling on a budget.

Year Purchased: 2008: My wife and I live in North Dakota. It is always windy and cold around here. We wanted to have a place that we could go to where we didn't need to wear 7 layers to be comfortable. After visiting Playa only one time, we purchased our first vacation rental. Playa is like heaven on earth. We have hopes of traveling to Mexico more when our kids get a little older.

    Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years and Easter are $400/week
    Three night minimum stay.
    A cleaning fee of $35 will be required for all stays.
    A $100 refundable security deposit required for all stays.
    Utilities to be paid by tenant over 5 night stays
