Beautiful Spacious home, close to all Disney!
This home is just like the pictures, very beautiful, new, and spacious!! The house decor is modern, fresh, and clean. I loved the decor. We had 3 couples and our kids and never felt cramped. We visited 3 of Disney's parks and it's not far at all. The subdivision is new and it seems like you are driving into no where off the freeway but its in a lovely spot, quiet, peaceful. It's a beautiful gated subdivision. Sand volleyball, etc. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away for all your needs. I would've rated this a 5 star if it had not been for a few maintenance issues during our stay. We felt the management of the property wasn't doing a good job nor were they in good contact with the owners. The pool heater only worked a few days of our 8 day stay and we were refunded the heat portion. The spa is a spa, not a hot tub is what we were told by management but on the few days it worked, it was nice. I hope they resolved this issue for anyone who needs the pool to heat in the future. Be sure to check the thermostats right when you get there to make sure each one is set for an occupied stay. House is energy efficient so if you don't have enough hot water, notify the owner so they can set the right hot water timers.
Pool has a gate on it so no worries for the little ones. Kitchen table is awesome, so much room for all to join around. Pool deck grill is awesome, pool deck furniture is inviting. We were able to relax as a family, which was a nice blessing. They even have recycling bins which we didn't see until the end of our stay. It's a wonderful house and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

Again, we do apologize for the maintenance issues and hope that other vacationers won't have any of the same. Unfortunately during the busy season (as it is now) when guests are leaving and arriving on the same day some things do get overlooked. our management company is new to us and we are both just getting accustomed to each other, hopefully we have teething issues sorted out soon.
