Beach Paradise on the 5th Floor with a Spectacular View

We have found our home away from home. We stayed for over 4 months and have booked again for next year. We had seen the condo before we rented so we knew it was going to be great. All the comforts of home. Gorgeous view from the balcony which is on the south side of the building facing the gulf so you don't have the cool north winds. The owners are very nice and will help you in any way.

Modern/updated condo in 30 year old building. Condo and building well maintained. Great pool area and spectacular Gulf view. We are a 55+ year old couple. Would also be great for family with small kids or teens. Master bedroom comfortable, second bedroom large with 2 queen beds for lots of kid's space. Also, owners have beach chairs and umbrellas, and sand toys for small kids, very nice to have the beach amenities without having to bring.

Many great restaurants and local attractions within several miles.

Salt Rock Grill Early Special is best value along the this stretch of beach- great seafood at very good price for quality. Crabby Bill's and Guppy's also nice. Owners have binder with many local restaurant menus, nice for first time vistors.

Strongly recommend visit to Fort Desoto- pristine beach, large picnic and grilling areas, Concession stands, etc., and only $5.00 parking/entry fee. Fort history exhibits also great for History lovers. Nicest County Park we've ever been to.

Sunset sail cruise at Dolphin Landing Charters also was great. Small groups, nice crew and less than $40.00 per person- great deal.

Owners very nice and helpful during booking. If you're looking for a great beach vacation along the Clearwater/St. Pete Beach area, this is a great choice. We've been to this area numerous times and this was the nicest Condo and best value.

From the first contact with the owner to the complimentary bottle of wine, this was one of the most satisfying rentals we have ever had. Everything we needed for the week was there. The unit was modern, updated and you could tell the owner had a personal touch in the decor. We have stayed in several places in the area over the years but this was the first time I felt like the owner truly wanted my vacation to be special. We can't wait to return.
