Set in a fully converted warehouse complex these delightful first floor properties have been totally modernised and sleep up to 4 people.

Located in a quiet Brunswick Street, the ground floor has been converted to private artists studios which compliment the funky Brunswick environment. Overall it is a very quiet and serene environment to enjoy your stay.

Are you relocating, visiting family, attending a conference or holidaying from interstate or overseas? Monthly stays welcomed and rates are available on application. There are so few rental properties of this standard in such a perfect and central location!

All apartments are 2 bedrooms.

    There is a $26 administration fee surcharge applied to every booking.

    Early 11 am check ins are welcome for an additional $40
    Late 5 pm check outs are welcome for an additional $80.

    There is a $1000 Security deposit required for each booking. Therefore individual credit details will be required to secure the booking. If any damage is incurred this will be taken from the security bond. Credit card details will be kept for our records and then destroyed upon departure.

My family and I stayed here (Studio R2) for a week before Christmas 2012. The location is simply great - fabulous cafes (with great coffee) and other eateries around the corner, train and tram stops a 2 minute walk away,and Princess Park close at hand. The apartment itself is well laid out with comfortable bedrooms, a generously sized bathroom and a very functional kitchen/dining/living space. Our family of four was very comfortable and we will certainly return on our annual visits to Melbourne. Thanks Lisa for your assistance!

'The property exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and lovely linen. Great there were no signs saying "Don't do this, don't do that" Great we had our own keys to come and go as we pleased and easy to pay for the accommodation. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the property to friends.'
