340 Church Street, Cowes

Sleeping up to 7 people, there are six beautifully appointed 2 storey, 3 bedroom townhouses in a secure gated community. The townhouses are all privately owned and designed with all your comforts in mind.

Walk out the door and stroll down to the beach, boat ramp and water sports. Secure boat storage is also available on the property. Cafes, restaurants and shopping a short distance away.

Escape together for a relaxing getaway, with family, or friends. 340 Church St is extra perfect for your furry friends, small pets are allowed outside in the fully enclosed backyard at day and allowed to sleep in the garage at night.

Privacy and security is a feature of each townhouse with double lock up garage, fully enclosed landscaped backyard, and entertaining deck with stunning views. There is a communal gas BBQ area with gazebo for the tenants of the six townhouses to enjoy. There is a playground for tenants in TH4.

* A port a cot is available to hire for $10.

* please note all linen and pillows are provided however you will need to bring your own towels. Alternatively you can hire these for $8 per person.

Our first time to Phillip Island, penguins and seals, even my now 17 year old boy (who had his birthday their on Sat) loved it, despite the fact he's too cool to admit it! We liked the unit and it was very close to the beach. Thanks so much for your flexibility with the bedrooms. I live away from my family through the week for work, so we do like to get away a bit when we can. I will give you a call when we are next planning a trip to see what you recommend.

Very Impressed!

We arrived late on a Friday night ready for the MotoGP Weekend and were very impressed from the minute we walked into the property! The location of the property and the layout was excellent and a warm home that was so inviting we did not want to leave. The facilities were amazing and will definitely recommend to others interested in staying in Philip Island.

The balcony and view were spectacular.

Great Accommodations! Great Location!

My wife and I spent a weekend here and we had an amazing time. the townhouse is decorated beautifully and very clean and modern.

it is only a two min drive to the center of the town and there is a beach 2 min walk from the townhouse.

It is a great holiday home and we highly recommend it!
