Sleeping up to 7 people, there are six beautifully appointed 2 storey, 3 bedroom townhouses in a secure gated community. The townhouses are all privately owned and designed with all your comforts in mind.

Walk out the door and stroll down to the beach, boat ramp and water sports. Secure boat storage is also available on the property. Cafes, restaurants and shopping a short distance away.

Escape together for a relaxing getaway, with family, or friends. 340 Church St is extra perfect for your furry friends, small pets are allowed outside in the fully enclosed backyard at day and allowed to sleep in the garage at night.

Privacy and security is a feature of each townhouse with double lock up garage, fully enclosed landscaped backyard, and entertaining deck with stunning views. There is a communal gas BBQ area with gazebo for the tenants of the six townhouses to enjoy. There is a playground for tenants in TH4.

It is close to the beach and we highly recommend!

We stayed in townhouse 2 for 4 nights over summer and all of us had a fantastic time. The place is clean and tidy and definitely spacious enough for 7 people. It is close to the beach and around 20-30 minute walk into town. We highly recommend!

Booked the townhouse for the family who enjoyed it very much. The location was terrific, in a quiet area yet only a short drive to the main Cowes beach. The number of bathrooms and toilets made it very convenient for 6 people. Property was clean and kid friendly too (niece is 18 months). The arrangement for picking up and returning the key is very convenient.

We arrived late on a Friday night ready for the MotoGP Weekend and were very impressed from the minute we walked into the property! The location of the property and the layout was excellent and a warm home that was so inviting we did not want to leave. The facilities were amazing and will definitely recommend to others interested in staying in Philip Island.

The balcony and view were spectacular.

Thanks for everything and look forward to our next stay

Cowes, the major resort town on famous Phillip Island- located 140 km's from Melbourne. 3 million people per year plus visit Phillip Island to view the iconic Penguin Parade. The daily Penguin Parade at the nature park occurs all year round & in summer at appox. 9 pm and winter approx 6pm.

Landmarks such as the Nobbies region feature spectacular parks & boardwalks along the natural sea bird gardens of the headland.

For one long weekend in October, the Grand Prix circuit becomes a sprawling temporary city for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. The rest of the year it hosts various automotive activities including go-carts and hot laps with an experienced race driver. There is even slot car racing!
