This beautiful and modern three bedroom, 2 story apartment, for up to 6 people.

Cosmopolitan, sleek, stylish 2 storey designer apartment with two car spaces.

This apartment is spacious and can easily serve two families with one bathroom and bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.

An open plan living and dining with a streamlined kitchen featuring stainless steel Blanco oven, large fridge and 4 burner gas stove top. The living/dining opens front and back to enclosed courtyards with BBQ and outdoor entertaining furniture. There is a plasma TV with inbuilt DVD, coffee plunger and all the amenities to make this a home away from home.

Three bedrooms, each with built-in robes, are competently served by 2 bathrooms (a shower and toilet in each). There is a hidden laundry with a front loader washer/dryer. All linen and towels are provided.

Ground Level:

*Main Bedroom Queen Sized Bed with Reverse Cycle heating and cooling

*Bedroom 3- Single Bed with optional Trundle bed

Level 1

*Bedroom 2- King bed that can be divided into two singles

All bedding, linen and towels are supplied.

Basement parking for two cars, a lockable storage cage, reverse cycle heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs, double glazed windows add to the excellence of our property.

Trams directly opposite with access to the city, St Kilda, Glenferrie Road boutiques, eateries and Monash University.
