Amazing views from 1000 sq foot deck sitting on the lake- direct access to swim, jet ski in summer. Apple picking, corn mazes and Fall activities nearby. You will love waking up to panoramic water vistas & sun rises over the water's edge. Enjoy a BBQ, or Fall bonfire in the firepit. Relax on the deck until evening, for majestic Sunsets & Moon/Stargazing. Great Fall/Holiday getaway & Spring Summer Spot.

About Sarah

This is very much a family affair and this home is a labor of love. After a friend sold it to us in 2005, this house has been a side project and has been reconditioned from the ground up. Everything in this house was done by family. From the marble kitchen floor by my father who bought it and his grandfather, decoration by my sister, landscaping my by mother and interior design by yours truly, this home is very close to our heart. We want other people to enjoy it as much as we have!

This is a one of a kind find. No other Lakefront Homeaway property in Rochester, NY is DIRECTLY on the Lake like this property. You have to see it to believe it. An oasis for a family vacation, reunion, graduation party, summer fun such as bbq, hiking and swimming or a cozy ice fishing getaway or snowmobiling in the winter. This would also be an amazing destination for an affordable honeymoon, or romantic getaway for two, any time of year.

Lake and Pond Access. Big boat fun and panoramic sunrise and sunsets at the lake. Serene kayaking among water lilies at Long Pond or fish off our dock. Ton's of winter activities including ice fishing and ice skating!

Every year, thousands of tourists come to Rochester for the Lilac Festival in May. We also have numerous other local festivals including the Harbor fest, right at Ontario Lake Beach 5 minutes down the road from the cottage.

Fall has Apple Picking nearby and is a great time to enjoy a Romantic Getaway before winter. If you enjoy Cold weather activities, Ice Fishing and Ice Skating happen at the Lake, weather permitting. So there is always a lot going on in this area.

There will also be a pull out sofa bed after November 5th 2012, in the entry room. So we will have room for plenty of guests. We are not entertaining visits from college students/rowdy groups.
