Beautiful home newly remodeled with all new furnishing, linens, and more!

Spacious home with south-facing, screened in pool area overlooking quiet lake offers luxurious location for your family or group vacation to Disney, Universal Studios, Prime and Premium Outlet Malls, fabulous restaurants and all attractions that make the Orlando the capital of FUN!

In addition to the pool, there is a separate hot tub on the pool deck which is maintained at 104 degrees, so that pool heat is never diverted from the pool itself. The kitchen has been remodeled and expanded to accommodate additional upgraded refrigerators, 2 microwaves, gas convection oven, granite countertops and back-backsplashes, copper double sink, overhead track lighting to allow you maximum visibility as you and your friends prepare your meals in gourmet style. The big screen TV and audio video equipment downstairs, and additional TV's upstairs, makes sure that everyone is entertained after a long day at the amusement parks.

Our games room features an additional refrigerator to make sure that your large party has plenty of cold storage for your food and drinks while enjoying a game of pool.

All of the bedrooms have been outfitted with premium minimum 600 count sheets and thick luxurious towels, provided in generous amounts. All of the mattresses are high quality.

The property is meticulously maintained by our local property manager who is there to handle all of your needs and inquiries, as well as provide local advice and information.

Your reservation for Cristal can be made and paid for efficiently over the internet and there is no need to go to a property management office, we will provide arrival instructions that allow you and your party to go directly to the property. We also provide cable tv, free calling in the USA and wifi so bring along your laptops and Iphones..

I bought this home to bring my kids down to Disney and loved Cresent Lakes community in Dahlia Reserve because of its great location to Disney and i loved the lake view. The private screened in pool was a plus!

Lovely home, view was fantastic of the lake and hot tub was great to soak into after a long day at the parks. Great location. I would recommend this home for all the comforts you are looking for.
