I stayed here with 4 co-workers while we were in NY for a business trip this summer. I can honestly say the experience was more than we could have hoped for. We were right by the Subway which made for easy access to Manhattan. We were also able to enjoy what the outer borough of Brooklyn had to offer. You can not come to NY and got get a slice at L&B!

The owner was amazing and very accommodating. I would surely recommend this rental over a hotel!

My friends and I stayed at this great apartment for a weekend. It is roomy, comfortable and close to Manhattan and Coney Island. It was perfect for 7 people, and I wish I would have known about it sooner.

I have enjoyed my stay in NYC, and saved a ton of money as well. Highly recommend!

Me and my 7 friends stayed here for 2 days, the property is at amazing location and is strongly recommended. Host went out there way to make our stay very comfortable.

I am going back in 3 weeks and have already made the reservation.

This apartment is huge like a mini town house in NYC ! I loved that fact it was all brand new inside and furniture. The place was really spacious with futons and beds for my big family. Great for me and my wife 2 kids and grand parents who felt so secure taking strolls to A&B spumoni gardens, Grimaldis Pizzas
Gargulios. All the beaches and resturants are right at my doorstep and only 2 stops by trains . The owner took the time and real cared to give us a tour as a NYC local! I loved it we already booked for next summer.Thanks John and Frank you saved us a bunch on hotels in NYC.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
