Two Bedroom Suites in split plan, great screened lanai overlooking pool and courtyard. Nicely decorated and fabulous location in historic downtown location. Walk to beach one way, walk to downtown the other way and walk to free tennis on corner. Great restaurants, shopping, banking, theater, beaches all withing walking distance for a fabulous vacation. Marina's nearby with boating, paragliding, wind surfing, paddle boating, wave runners etc. Golfing withing short distance, beach and marina & waterfront dining restaurants short distance away. Don't forget the legacy trail for biking from downtown all the way to Sarasota.
