The cultural/historic patrimony of Bruges gives the city a European and international dimension. The Bruges monuments, museums and particularly the unspoiled historic cityscape attracts a lot of visitors every year. As a result Bruges received the symbolic title of European Capital of Culture in 2002.
'De Drie Koningen' is only 2 minutes away from the central place 'Grote Markt', the townhall and hundreds of places of interest. Shopping area is nearby. The beach is only at 12 Km.
Therefore 'De Drie Koningen' is a perfect place to start your walking or biking tours throughout the city and the region. A bike ride to Damme and Holland along the canal is one of our favourites.
Travelling by train in Belgium is very comfortable. So we can highly recommend also a day trip by train to the beach, Gent, Antwerp or Brussels.
