4 bed, 2.5 baths Mountain Views From the Private Hot Tub

This property in Waterville Valley and close to Loon. Guarenteed good times! Must have four wheel drive in the winter. Some amenities include washer/dryer,diswasher,fridge,stove,cd player,cable,wifi,large 1 acre lot. House sits on mountain top and truly has some of the best views in New Hampshire. Gorgeous fireplace, hot tub on site. Best part is it is in a community with a multi million dollar club house with 3 pools, hot tub, gym,sauna, skating pond and more! House has 4 beds, 2.5 bths, large deck with grill. Soak yourself in the onsite hot tub with a glass of wine...views views views!!. 3 minute drive to club house, must have 4 wheel drive in the winter. Sleeps 10-12. Master bedroom with bath on top floor with a queen bed. Main level is kitchen, dining, fireplaced living room and 1/2 bath with laundry. Lower level is Bedroom with queen, bedroom with queen and futon, bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. Decks on all three levels with spectacular views!!! Don't miss out!

From the moment we walked out onto the back deck we fell in love with this house. No matter what the season you can never get enough of the view. The clubhouse which is not far from the house is also such a huge bonus especially for those with children.

Absolutely wonderful for group of skiers!

The house was a delight. It has fun decor that is perfect for a mountain cabin. The views are incredible! The bedrooms are cozy and the living room has VERY comfy couches! There were lots of boardgames (in good condition) for myself and friends to enjoy after skiing are near by Cannon mountain and Loon mountain. Kitchen is clean and fully equipped with lots of pots and pans. Not to mention that at the end of the day on the slopes, hopping in the hot tub turning on the jets and looking out at the mountains is perfect. The owners gave great/easy directions to open up the house (turning on hot water etc) and were very quick to respond to any questions/ inquiries. I will definitely stay here again when renting for a ski weekend!

What a great weekend we had at this cozy home in the mountains. Wake up to breathtaking views of the valley, roast marshmallows by the fire and relax in the hot tub right outside your door. You will love the privacy it offers, the space as well as the great and friendly owners that did everything to make this feel like home. So many activities near by, we will have to come back to enjoy them all !
