We rent pretty small flats, exquisitely furnished, located in the green of olive trees, exposed to the sun; our cottages are situated only three kilometres far away from the seaside, which you can reach by car in seven minutes or by the local bus on smooth roads. Our surroundings are extremely relaxing, immersed in the sound of silence and harmony; it is a familiar business; on request you can purchase extra-virgin olive oil and other typical homemade product. You can find a variety of pizzerias, renowned restaurants and wine bars, nearby where you can taste fresh fish and typical Mediterranean Ligurian food. Last but not least you can stroll in the particular Ligurian landscape characterized by a beautiful hinterland, blending itself with the delicate scent of the flowers and the olive oil groves, offering the travellers very pleasant excursions suitable for hikers as well as mountain bikers. Otherwise you can dip into blue sea, still clear, whose beaches are either sandy or rocky.

Casa Primula is a romantic apartment for 3 people. It has an entrance area with a garden table on a green spot, suitably furnished living room with single bed and satellite TV set. The kitchen with dining table is well equipped with the necessary dishes, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave oven. The bathroom has a bathtub with sprinkler, a washbasin, bidet and water closet. All the rooms have windows. The double room has a balcony, whereas the green yard with lots of plants creates a Mediterranean atmosphere. Moreover, there is a common terrace with barbeque on olive wood. The private parking lot is well lit. The apartment has a quiet location, far from the street traffic.

Diano Marina has a sea promenade and offers a variety of activities: sea cruses, trips, farmer’s market, sport fields, discos, etc. The sea water is clean, (Blue Flag label) and it has sandy beaches and cliffs. The backcountry is very attractive through the fancy inns and the village open air festivals with dance music. The wonderful climate contributes to the great atmosphere. The walking-tours and the beautiful sights are very relaxing. Shopping facilities: in 5 minutes on foot you can reach two stores for fresh bread, a butcher’s, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant. For further shopping, there is a supermarket with delicacies on the street towards San Pietro. We are olive oil farmers and we are eager to guide our guests by ourselves as well. We are happy to help you out anytime.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices include the consumption of water, electric energy, gas for kitchen, bed linen, household linen and towels changed weekly to saturday, the final cleaning, private car parking, television sat.
    Prices not include heating in winter.
    On request can be rented Baby-bed or high chair for 15,00 Euros, possibility garage 20 Euros to week, pets are allowed for 25 Euros.
  • Prices refer to one week, we rent from Saturday to Saturday, Upon requests we rent on weekends, call for information on pricing and availability.
  • To confirm a booking deposit of 30% of the price is requested, the balance is settled when the keys are handed over. The house for the guests are available from 4,00 to 9,00 pm. (please inform us in case of delay). Guests who are leaving are kindly requested to leave house before 10 am.
    Prices vary at Easter and Christmas time.

Urlaub im idyllischen Bergdorf

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche im Casa Panorama. Dies ist ein typisches, stilvoll renoviertes Steinhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Besonderes Highlight: Die Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach mit Meer- und Bergblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. mit einem großen Auto muss man auf den Parkplatz etwas rangieren. Zum Meer und nach Diano Marina kann man zu Fuss gehen, in ca. 30-40 Minuten. zum Wandern war es leider im Juli etwas heiss, aber schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung (San Remo, Triora, Borgomaro) entschädigten uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder, mit Motorad, Wanderschuhen oder dem Badeanzug - für jedes Urlaubsmotiv ist das Agriturismo "Un posto al sole" ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.

Liebevolle Ausstattung

Sehr schönes, sauberes und mit liebevollen Details romantisch ausgestattetes Appartement in schöner Landschaft. Gutes (nicht zu weiches) Bett, Küchen- und Badausstattung in Ordnung. Kein direkter Meerblick vom Casa Primula, aber auch sehr schöne Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten vor dem Appartement. Andere Appartements mit anderer Ausstattung (z.B. mit mehr Platz für Kinder) vorhanden.
Die Gastgeberin stammt aus Südtirol, spricht deswegen muttersprachlich deutsch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Sehr leckerer Wein und gutes Olivenöl erhältlich.
Der Badeort Diano Marina ist sehr touristisch geprägt (mit Sandstrand), mit Auto schnell erreichbar.
Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in näherer und weiterer Umgebung vorhanden. Auch gut für Kultururlaub wegen Nähe zu Genua, Imperia, Sanremo, Monaco und Nizza geeeignet.
Zur Zeit etwas Baulärm unter der Woche wegen Verlegung der Eisenbahnstrecke.
