Four bedrooms (2 queen, 1 bunk rm; 1 double), plus two day beds, 2 1/2 baths

The ultimate in relaxation and family fun awaits you here, whether soaking in the hot tub under the stars, relaxing with a book, playing the piano, working on a puzzle or choosing a movie to watch. Like to cook? The kitchen is fully equipped. This 2600 s.f. home features large open living, dining and kitchen area, with three sliding glass doors that open onto lighted 500sf deck with hot tub. Bedrooms are located at either end of the living/dining/kitchen area. There are two master (queen size) bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house, making this the ideal property for two families sharing. At one end, a full bathroom and a master bedroom; at the other end, one bunk room, one double bedroom, a shower room and half bath. Upstairs a dormer features a large tv room with two day beds, game area and lots of books and puzzles, a half bath and the second, private master bedroom. Four miles to Okemo, eleven miles to Killington Sky Ship Gondola, and a two minute walk to your private access to Echo Lake-think kayaking, swimming, hanging out- this is the ultimate year round getaway. Close to superb hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, and boating as well as equestrian events at South Woodstock's Green Mountain Horse Association. Forty five minutes to outlet shopping in Manchester, Vermont, and twenty minutes to the Weston Theatre and the Vermont Country Store. In the summer, sit in the garden surrounded by perennial beds or dine on the lighted 500 square foot deck. Classic Vermont town of Woodstock is twenty five minutes away; Cal Coolidge homestead fifteen minutes away; Ludlow five miles.

This house is a great location and is great for a large group. The proximity to Okemo mountain was a short 10-minute drive away, and the hot tub was a great feature for post-skiing relaxation. The house sleeps 10 people, which was ideal for a large group like ours. Heated floors in the kitchen and foyer are another great feature. I would certainly return!

perfect home for ski weekend!

A group of friends and I recently stayed at this beautiful home and can't wait to go back. It comfortably accommodates 10 adults with bedrooms on each end of the house and a big, open living area in the middle. The hot tub is great after a long day of skiing. It's off the beaten track so it's private & quiet but is still only minutes from Okemo, shops, restaurants, etc.

It's the perfect house for a Vermont getaway!
