Nicely Renovated but Lacking in Other Areas

I booked this condo thru Jorge,realty office. Had some issues with 1st checking into condo as it had not been cleaned for several days after the last occupants vacated the condo. Appears the condo was not added to a listing for cleaning after the other occupants had left. I believe the realty office should have followed up to ensure when new occupants are coming that all is in order. I did report this and the below concerns already to Jorge so no surprises with this review.
Based on other reviews regarding ant problem...I had to report there is still a problem with the little ants around the counter tops so we couldn't leave any food items on the counter at ANY time. I have stayed at many other condos in Marbella del Caribe and never experienced this issue. They really need to address this problem!!!
Condo did not have any bath hand towels and should have had more bath towels. Kitchen did not have any kitchen towels either.
Kitchen area was not as clean as it should have been probably due to the rush to clean it and provide me with the keys. Glass stove top had some crusted left over food which I tried to clean off a bit, garbage lid was very dirty so had to wash this, kitchen cabinet handles were somewhat greasy, etc.
Pillows were very flat and should be replaced.
Microwave was missing the turn plate so we did what we could to warm up items in the microwave.
There was a leak around the main bathroom toilet so water would accumulate around the basin and stain would turn brownish/reddish so we had to constantly wipe this area.
Overall not bad but like my title has, lacking in other areas. I liked the updated style of this condo but was disappointed on the items I listed above.
I would rent again if only the above issues were all resolved.

Even that, I have to put things in the correct perspective. Our check-out time is at 11:30, check-in between 1:00 and 5:00pm.
That gives us enough time to clean up the condo. Please understand that if you are coming on an early flight, we will do our best to let you in as soon as possible. I tell all of my clients, "If you find something that has to be correct or fix, please let me know at the moment, so I can take care of it immediately".
Our office is conveniently located in the same building for better assistance.
This condo is fumigated periodically, especially for ants, which had been point out. We spray before and after every client.
Thanks for telling us about the microwave plate, we put one there.
I hope we can have you again here with us, I personally will make sure you give us the 5 stars this condo deserve.
