A view of the pool area and the golf course beyond will greet you as you enter this lovely two storey home. Wall to wall windows in the family room provide the outlook, and sliding patio doors open onto the lanai from the formal dining area. The kitchen and breakfast table are towards the front of the house, whilst the master bedroom overlooks the pool.

A huge en-suite bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, and upstairs are three further bedrooms (a double, and two twin rooms, ) sharing the second full bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate washroom and utility room, both are situated near the door to the double garage. Southern Dunes is a gated community offering close proximity to shops and banks, and has the advantage of being within easy driving distance of the major them park areas.
