Fully Equipped Game Room: Minnie's Sanctuary includes a fully fitted game room. In addition to the games mentioned below the game room includes a large screen television connected to cable.
The game room includes a gorgeous 8 foot pool table. This is not the typical 6 or 7 ft cheap version but a full 8 foot regulation slate bed pool table with leather pockets that plays true. Various pool cues are on hand for all playing styles.
In addition a 7 foot air hockey table by Sportcraft with electronic scoring. The kids, and adults with a bit of kid in them, will enjoy many hours of play.
And lastly for the foosball lovers a Harvard foosball table is there for all to enjoy. Again not a small toy version but the real McCoy.
In addition to the table games a wide assortment of games are available to please most everyone. Also includes an entertainment set with 32' TV. If you are looking for ways to pass the time between trips to the wonderful parks in the Orlando area you will find it at Minnie's Sanctuary
The Pool!: The pool provides great fun for young and old. With the shallow end of 3 foot depth the little ones can play to their hearts content. The deep end of 5 feet is deep enough for adults to play, while allowing full pool length games to occur. To that end various pool toys are provided to keep everyone happy. And with nightime pool lighting your pool enjoyment can go late into the night.
Adjacent to the pool is a large area open for sunbathing and lounging. With sun for the better part of the day this area provides an excellent opportunity to work on that Florida tan, or to read a book or whatever is your interest. Also adjacent to the pool is a pedestal grill to make your own BBQ meals.
A covered lanai parallels the pool and lounge area. The lanai includes an overhead ceiling fan to keep a breeze moving on those warm afternoons. A table with seating for 6 provides along with a pair of wicker rocking chairs and table. A great way to sit back and enjoy a good book while enjoying the Florida outdoors. All of course without concern for insects.
We were so pleased by the whole Disney/Florida/Villa experience that we returned to Florida with a plan to purchase our own villa, which we have furnished and decorated with guests in mind.
We employ a professional management company to look after our villa when we’re not there. Should any situation arise during your stay they will be on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for immediate problem solving.
