Located two miles off I-10 Estrella pkwy exit with four golf courses within a five miles radius, five minutes away of Goodyear Ballpark and recreational complex housing the Indians' Clubhouse and practice fields and Red's Clubhouse and practice fields. Twenty minutes to NASCAR, Cardinals Stadium w/Fiesta Bowl, Coyotes Ice Hockey, restaurants and shopping. Lots of biking and walking paths. Fifteen minutes to Estrella Mountain Regional Park and 10 minutes to Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium.
Why Owner/Manager chose Goodyear

Barely used property. Our family love the summer hot vacation we spent in our home away home to recharge our life after bitter winters at home. We rent the house during winter time mostly to couples and snow bids escaping the frozen season. Spring training attract a lot of baseball fans to our place also.

We loved this house! Very clean and beautifully furnished. The landscaping is well kept and the pool is sparkling! The owners were extremely helpful and we would certainly recommend this house to anyone hoping to enjoy the Arizona sun! Great location...close to shopping, dining, and Goodyear Ballpark Spring training facilities!

Thank you again for making our stay A-mazing!!!
