From the left, to the right, as far out as you can see, are magnificent water views and early in the morning there are sunrises like you have never seen before. Watch the fishing boats, yachts, sail boats, and jet skis, pass by all day long. You will see dolphins playing and an occasional manatee swimming by. Every morning you can set your watch by the groups of pelicans flying past your window. They look like they are going to come right into your lanai but they make a quick, sharp, turn and keep on going to their destination. Look for all the other local birds too, the herons, seagulls, osprey, frigates, etc. They are everywhere.
Here at the Riverside Club in Marco Island, you are surrounded by gorgeous, white, crescent shaped, sandy beaches, shelling, water sports, and wildlife. Fishing and boating are big at Riverside. There is an onsite marina, filled with everything for fishing, morning coffee, snacks, sandwiches, pizzas, and cocktails at the bar. Riverside's dock and marina is a direct, 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. You can rent a boat slip for a minimal fee and proof of insurance. If you don't have your own boat, fishing license or fishing gear, you will find the Rose Marco Marina with fishing charters, boat rentals, fishing gear, fishing license, bait and tackle, and clothing just a couple of minutes away. Also, Riverside had their own 'Capt. Jeff' who will be glad to take you for a day of deep sea fishing. You can make reservations with him at 920-868-1663. The condo is located in Building A, 2nd Floor. This is a preferred building as it is the most quiet of the six buildings in the complex. There are 2 large heated pools, two hot tubs, cabanas, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, gas grills, picnic areas, and a clubhouse. Golf lovers are in luck, no matter where you are on the island, there are beautiful golf courses within 5 minutes. Marco Island is filled with fabulous restaurants. No matter what type of food you are craving, you will find it here. Many offer great views and outdoor seating. Some of the island's best restaurants are within walking distance of the Riverside Club. Marco Island is a perfect place for special destination events, such as graduations, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, etc. Riverside Club offers beautiful backdrops for many of the above mention special events. My pictures show off one couple staying in my condo who did indeed get engaged.
This modern, updated one-bedroom/one bathroom condo sleeps up to four people. If offers a new king size bed and it has a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is open, updated with all new appliances. If you want to dine at home, you can easily seat 10 people. For your convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is located inside the condo. It has 2 new, 32' flat screen TV.'s, new stereo with IPod, new CD Player, hard line telephone and Wi-Fi wireless internet service. There are three new ceiling fans. The entire condo has been freshly painted and is tastefully decorated, with a modern, Floridian style. You will find this condo has a relaxing, calmness about it. You will always look forward to coming home.
