Great Home. Loved that there are TVs in every room. Location is awesome. Tilted Kilt Sports Bar is awesome, and only a short walk away. Big heated pool was great for the kids.

I stayed at this place with 3 other people. All of us found the beds worn out completely. All beds need to be replaced. The cable was limited to only 20 channels. There is no HD TVs. The furniture in the living room is uncomfortable and dated. The internet stopped working a day after we where there. The error said that the internet was cancelled because the owner did not pay the bill. The hottub and outside tables and chairs where covered in dust like no one had been there for a couple months. The house was warm and would not cool down. The water pressure in the shower was very low. It took a long time to have a shower.

On a plus this house is in a good location, in a quite area. However you will still need a vehicle if you plan to go anywhere interesting in Scottsdale.

For the amount we paid we found this property extremely lacking. I would not rate this as a premium rental. I would not recommend this property.

Great Location - Large Pool and Backyard

My family and I wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your home. It is in a great location walking distance from stores and restaurants. It was nice to walk to restaurants in the afternoon. The pool is huge, and the backyard is large and private. Our kids were very happy and we couldn't keep them out of the pool.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
