We have stayed at this home several times and each time we enjoy it more & more. Already have it reserved for the next time we are in that area (which will be Thanksgiving weekend). Love the home and the owner is very wonderful to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rest Assured!! Our boys enjoyed the open space of the living room.
This was the second time that we stayed here and can't wait to stay here again.

Wonder Christmas Vacation

We have been going to this area for Christmas for over 10 years and I must say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed! It is very well maintained and in a great location for Pigeon Forge. Having a warm garage to pull the car into was an added bonus! We never heard a peep out of the neighbors the entire week we were there. The fireplace was so nice on the extra cold days.

Will we go again? Most certainly!

Thanks again for a lovely place to stay!

disapointed

I think that is the date we arrived at Rest Assurance,if not it was the week before, when we arrived there around 6 or 7 pm the house had not been cleaned,the kitchen still had garbage in it,,the bedrooms were not made up and the bathrooms still had dirty towels on the floor. When we finally got w hold of the owner he got a hold of his cleaning people that finally came and asked us if we could leave for about an hour. Which we did after,even though we were exhausted and I had our 80 year old mom with us. When we came back the house was cleaned but in the bedroom,they put stained sheets on the bed, at that pint I just wanted to sleep so I ended up throwing the top sheet on top of it,to sleep the blankets were not too clean and they used the same comforter. Then you couldn't swim in the pool for 3 days because it was filthy and green. Dave promised us a dinner on him which we never did receive because of this inconvience, we should of got some of our money back due to this. We have vacation in Tn for the past 5 years and we love it here, and the only reason I am writing this now is because we are coming to Tn again and I am on the web site for home away from home and I do not want to have this problem again. Owner's Response: I am so sorry for the inconvenience of the Tirpaks. As the other reviews state, I always want to take care of my guests and address any challenges and try to take care of them quickly and efficiently. In 4 years, I have had very few real complaints. And I always try to take care of the problem quickly.
I thought I had done so with the Tirpaks
My cleaning people had a mix-up and were certainly sorry for the inconvenience. They promptly went to the cottage and cleaned as the Tirpaks went to the grocery store. I spoke to the Tirpaks later and thought that all was well. I was unaware of the problem with the sheets and the pool. We have had several occassions where the pool has been vandalized by kids. Unfortunately, this is totally out of my control. All we can do is let management repair the problem as soon as possible.
Again, I apologize to the Tirpaks and am sorry that there experience was not as expected.
Until seeing this review, I was unaware of there displeasure. I thought we had taken care of it.
