The small apartment has about 40 sqm and is suitable for 2-4 people. It is furnished in a modern style and has SAT-TV, a dish washer, a microwave, a safe, a table and bed linen. There is also central heating, as well as a shower and a toilet. On request you can set up a cot. A small balcony is also there. It is possible to use the beach for free and also the booths that are there. There is also a roll service. We offer a real bargain: You book for a fortnight and just pay for 12 days. This refers just to the pre- and low season.

  • Our season dates are the following: Pre- and low season is from 10. September until 30th June. High season is from 1st July until 09th September.
  • We offer you a remarkable bargain. If you book for a fortnight in the pre/low season you only pay for 12 days. All prices include visitor’s tax and final cleaning. We also have a superb Easter special in April: For a fantastic price of 30 € per night you can book the “small apartment” for your Easter holidays. Feel free to make use of this remarkable offer!
  • For our summer guests we can offer free entrance (booths included) in the well-looked after lido in Faak.

Ski fun in Kärnten. : Experience a magic winter in the lovely Kärnten. Within numerous ski mountains you will find the Baumgartnerhöhe (house mountain), which is only 3-5 minutes away from our holiday residence (just to name a few). Gerlitze and the boarder triangle also belong to the nearby ski resorts.

Ice skating, coasting: In near distance of our residence you can enjoy the following activities: winter hikes, cross-country skiing, ice skating, riding, coasting.

Thermal: The thermal 'Warmbad' is only 10 minutes away by car. You can have a lot of fun or just relax there.

Ski: Baumgartnerhöhe and the boarder triangle can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car. The Gerlitze and the boarder triangle can also be reached by car as it is in short distance.

Golf: In May 2005, a new and big golf course was opened in Finkenstein. You can reach it in 3-5 minutes by car.

Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, war in der ersten Etage gelegen.Sehr sauber und vor kurzem renoviert.Das Bad war sauber und ordentlich.Alles gefließt.Für zwei Personen ausreichend.Seperates Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und Doppelbett.Wohnbereich mit kleiner Küche,etwas beengt da noch eine Klappcoutsch vorhanden war.Küche ist mit Herd, Geschirrspüler,Mikrowelle,Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr ausgestattet.Tisch,Eckbank und zwei Stühle.Was ich vermisst habe,ist ein Wasserkocher und Eierkocher.
Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit.Einen Brötchendienst gibt es auch,hat auch immer geklappt.Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen,damit man seine Ziele erreichen kann.Wir waren im Oktober zum Wandern dort.Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind um dieser Zeit sehr eingeschränkt.Da viele Gasthäuser,Restaurants und andere Attraktionen geschlossen sind.Baden in den Seen ist auch nicht mehr zu empfehlen.Zum Wandern ist die Zeit aber sehr schön.Empfehlenswert ist die Villacher Alpenstraße mit den Naturpark Dobratsch,Burgruine Finkenstein und etwas höher der Baumgartner Hof,wo man sehr gut essen kann.Außerdem einen schönen Panaromablick über den Faaker See hat.Dann wär noch das Dreiländereck,Tscheppa Schlucht am Loiblpass mit seinen Tschaukofall,Felsentor und Teufelsbrücke.Es gibt noch vieles mehr,aber das würde den Rahmen hier sprengen.
Die Wohnung kann ich nur weiter empfehlen,auch die Landschaft finde ich wunderschön.Vom Klima ganz zu schweigen.Im Sommer ist es klasse hier,aber auch mehr los.
Wir werdenauf jedenfall wieder kommen.
