Very Quite, Clean and well Equipped condo in Farmington which is located about 15 Minutes North of Salt Lake City, 30 minutes from Olympic Venue where the men down hill was held at Snowbasin Ski Resort. Only a few blocks from the Lagoon, the largest Amusement Park in Utah. Condo is very private and Equipped with Flat Panel TV in all Bedrooms and Stereo System with Blue Tooth I-Phone Hook Up. Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender and all the equipment for a great Kitchen. Wine Bar and very Comfortable Couches in the Family Room. Bathrooms are very clean with removable nozzles and always Clean Towels and equipped with Soap and Hair Dryer. Laundry room has brand new Front Loading Washer and Dryer. This place is in a quite cleaned HOA community and if your are looking for a secluded place with great access to skiing, this place is perfect.

Our stay was overall was great at this condo! It was convienently located close to I-15 and I-80, a grocery store (5 mins), & a gas station/convienent store(1 min). Also 5 minutes away from movie theater, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Condo was less than 10 minutes from a shopping mall in Layton. Very close to great hiking trails and minutes away from the Great Salt Lake. It is in a very safe location/neighborhood and the neighborhood and area was nice to walk in. We loved that you could see the mountains from outside of the condo. The condo was very clean, had everything listed on the amenities list, was well-maintained, and accurately matched the description online. If we had any questions/issues, the owner was avaiable to answer them and/or willing to come over and provided great customer service. I would and have already recommended this property to friends/relatives. :) Thanks for a great,safe stay !!
