House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

The Oceana is a 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home located in Happy Camp and is just a few homes from the beach access. With just over 2000 square feet of living space, this house has room for the whole family and would be ideal for holidays or family get a ways. The first level has a garage with an indoor shower. The perfect place to wash off the kids and your 4 legged friends alike. Inside, there is an elevator to take you from level to level so you can enjoy the incredible ocean views or relax in the living room with your guests.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the second level and include 1 king bed in the master bedroom with high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The master also features a flat screen TV and satellite cable as well as a DVD player. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with plush Ralph Lauren towel. There are 2 additional guest rooms on the middle level, each with a set of bunk beds with a twin and full combination. These have upgraded mattresses for comfort. The is The 4th bedroom is on the 3rd level, adjacent the bathroom which has ADA approved shower and is easily wheelchair acceptable.

The 3rd level is open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings with an exposed beam.The large open kitchen features granite counter tops, high end appliances and french doors which open to a tiled cover deck, with beautiful glass rail for an exquisite view of the water.

Watch the sunset or spend the afternoon watching the wildlife play.

This cozy home is nestled on the coast where the Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean come together! A Covered deck allows you to sit outside and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore - or - enjoy outdoor meals while you take in the view ! The large windows across the front of the house allow you to enjoy those sunny days or experience the thrill of the Pacific storms that blow through in the winter season. After the storm, bundle up and walk the beach to see what treasures have washed up on shore. This area is famous for the bounty of agates that can be found! And to enjoy the outdoors, you can go out on the front deck and relax. A great place to watch the sun set over the water at dusk...and see the sky light up in red, yellow, pink and orange. You can also see the Three Arch Rocks to the north towering over the seas. This is were you can relax and listen to the sounds of the seagulls flying nearby. GREAT FAMILY HOUSE

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oceana with my family. We had four generations comfortably under one roof. The house has an open atmosphere with a warm homey feel. The street is a dead end so it is quiet and safe (with proper supervision) for children to ride their bikes. The view from the deck is wonderful. We had so much fun gathered around the big dinning table playing apples to apples! The youngest and oldest of the generations really liked the elevator! Everyone looks forward to our next stay at Oceana. The house was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful.
