Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for any getaway. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are located in The Ledges at mile marker 20.5 in the center of Osage Beach, near all the lake activities; miniature golf, Outlet Mall and public golf at Sycamore Creek. Osage Beach offers many options in dining and nightlife. There is something for all ages.
The complex has 2 swimming pools, one on the point with an awesome view of the main channel. The second pool is located at the entrance to the complex. The complex also has a small sandy beach with volleyball net and children’s play ground equipment. A walking path along the lake provides a scenic view. The complex is very nicely maintained and lawn areas are green and lush.
The condo is decorated with personal and welcoming touches. We want our guests to feel at home and comfortable. The condo is a semi-walk-in. There are two steps up and then seven steps down. This is very convenient for arrival and departure. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest departs.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all needed utensils, dinnerware and appliances and has central air conditioning. Clean up after meals is a breeze with the dishwasher. There is seating for six, three at the breakfast bar and three at the glass dining table. The dining area is perfect for family meals or for playing cards or games. Board games are provided in case of a rainy day.
The spacious living room has a fireplace, a very comfortable sofa, recliner and occasional chair. Enjoy the 46” flat screen HD television mounted above the fireplace. For evenings in a DVD player is provided. If you want to surf the web a secured WIFI connection is available.
The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining master bath with double sinks and a tub and shower combination with a rainfall showerhead. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and private access to the deck. Large windows in the master bedroom provide tranquil views of the lake.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom including a shower nearby. A TV is also provided in the second bedroom. Both beds have memory foam toppers and are extremely comfortable. We also have a comfy queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests or children. All beds and baths are complete with towels and linens.
The deck provides a view of the main channel and a great area for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the Lake. Sit on the chaise lounge and watch the boats coming and going while reading a great book. That is one of our favorite things to do. A high top patio table with four chairs provides the perfect spot for dining lakeside without ever leaving. A ceiling fan on the deck provides a welcoming breeze. An electric grill is furnished for your culinary pleasures.
There is a full-size washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
We have available a 10’ x 24’ boat slip for rental of $15.00 per night. The dock is visible from the deck of the unit. Fishing is allowed right off the docks. The Ledges has no trailer parking on site but there is the Blue Moon Marina less than a mile away. launching fees and trailer parking fees are minimal. Another choice is the State Park 2.5 miles away with great launching and trailer park facilities.

All rentals are subject to local sales tax and lodging tax. Departure cleaning fee of $85.00.
Damage deposit of $200.00 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection\cleaning of condo and return of keys and parking permits.
$25.00 fee for NSF checks
$50.00 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit. Use of parking permit is required during holiday periods only.
No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather, or maintenance issues
Quiet hrs. 11: 00PM-7:00AM inforced by grounds security.
Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit.
Starter supplies of paper products and dishwasher detergent are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental.
