Our house with swimming pool is in middle of a 18 holes golf course in the forest between the Atlantic Ocean beach and the clear water lake of 'Biscarrosse and Cazeau'. The house stays on a ground of approximately 1300 m². The swimming pool (size 10 m x 5 m, depth 0.5 - 2.2 m) is to the south of the house and accessible by paved paths from both semi-detached houses. On the ground are 4 car parking places. Each semi-detached house has: an own entrance, a living area of approximately 95 m² and is comfortably furnished for 6-8 guests, including 8 cushioned garden seats, a large garden table, parasol and 2 cushioned sun beds.
