Fully restored 1920's Spanish Renaissance Carriage House in beautiful historic Dunedin. Surround yourself in casual elegance and be the first to enjoy all of our hard work! Beautifully appointed with imported Italian ceramic non-skid tile, Spanish lace decorative walls, remote controlled ceiling fans, raised panel kitchen cabinets, circular shower, french doors, 32" flat panel tv, are a few comforts of home.

The Carriage House is tastefully furnished with an orthapedic bed and a sofa couch that will accommodate your guests, fully accessorized, and a "stone's throw" from downtown! Will consider small pets.

Outdoor patio area, flower garden and grilling area has been recently added to this vacation home.

About The Owner

I have over 20 years experience in the multifamily property management field, managing large assets. Having rental property of my own is second nature. I am a perfectionist and avoid short cuts in construction or renovation projects. This structure meets all new building codes even though it was built in 1922.
