A massive garden surrounds this grand villa. Big palms and colorful trees complete with 6 rooms, 2 kitchens, a pool, a Jacuzzi, a charcoal grill, many outdoor dining settings, and 2 large dining tables that seat at least 8. Every room has air conditioning and direct TV. Bird watching right at the house. The property sits on top of a small cliff overlooking the whole bay. There are 87 steps to an almost deserted beach, where the local fishermen gather fresh oysters and octopus daily. Chef, maid, cleaning, laundry, bartending, and transportation services included. Many of the available activities are kayaking, biking, trekking, fishing (big game fishing also), whale watching tours, surfing, dolphin estuary tours, golf, etc. Located in Playas, Ecuador. Hosts the 2nd best weather in the world, according to the UNESCO. Landscapers paradise. Come and truly enjoy what a vacation should be like. 280+ sunny days a year, and of course... a lot of seafood

La Casa de Chaba is a breathtaking house with notes of Mediterranean style. Located on a cliff that overlooks a bay where the town of Playas sits. It is in a private gated community is located. in General Villamil (Playas) which has the world´s second best weather according to the UNESCO. More than 280 sunny days per year. There´s kayaks, mountain bikes, scuba equipment, fishing equipment, charcoal grill, private chef, chauffeur, infinity edge pool, central air conditioning and in every room, and a professional staff. There´s also many world class surfing spots within walking distance. Bird watching from the house.

Really private and secluded. To get away from it all, surrounded by a tropical dry forest.

This property is nothing less than a work of art. From the brick and tile mosaic driveways, to sculptured walls, to planters winding throughout the property, inside and out. The 20’ waterfall inside the house that flows from the top of the crescent shaped staircase leaves an impression. The huge meandering, multilevel lot is covered in spectacular color and architecture with a wide variety of plantings thoughtfully selected and meticulously maintained. Outdoor lighting throughout the property allows you to admire the landscaping into the night. Absolutely beautiful! The staff was fantastic. Every meal was a dining experience. It’s like having a resort to yourself with all amenities and services included. Highly recommend a visit. Bucket list kind of experience. You are met at the airport by your host who guides you to the estate, introduces you to the staff, turns over the property to you and the fantasy begins. You’ll never want to leave.

Beautiful Home, First Class service

Just got back from a trip to one of Juan's properties and I must stay it was exactly as advertised. Outstanding!

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with and the house was beautiful. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best trip possible. For the price you can't beat it....getting service like this in the United States would cost at least 3X the price.

I can definitely recommend Juan and his properties when you are planning a trip to Ecuador.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
