This charming historic house is located on a 2 acre lot with an apple orchard, an outdoor above ground pool and a large grassy area a great place for BBQ, soccer, lawn games etc in summer. There is a view of the Saint-Lawrence river. The house has
eight bedrooms with spacious living area with cozy fireplace, dining room for 12 persons, modern kitchen with another dining table for 10 persons including dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Five bedrooms with queen size bed, one bedroom with queen size bed and one single bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Three bathrooms (one with whirlpool bath), washer/dryer, two televisions with cable, free WiFi access and exterior fireplace.
Sleeps 16 to 20 persons
10 km (5 miles) from ski lift. This house has many stories over the years and is a local treasure.

Mont Sainte-Anne only 10 km away is a World Cup mountain with a variety of trails and lifts that challenge and exhilarate both beginner and expert. A few steps beyond the villa is Mont Sainte-Anne's cross country ski complex best known for its abundant snowfalls, its extensive trail network of 214 kilomètres (138 miles) and its sophisticated facilities.
30 minutes to Quebec City and 10 minutes for a shopping centre groceries etc.
Also, Le Massif ski area 25 minutes away and Stoneham 40 minutes away.
From May to November , golfers can enjoy two magnificient 18 holes golf courses, one in which located at the base of the mountain (LE GRAND VALLON) and the other one is right next to the reception (LE ST-FERRÉOL).
