Lake Berkley Resort is one of the best, safe, gated community in the Kissimmee area. It is a beautifully furnished, pool home close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and 22 major Golf Courses including Bay Hill, Disney, Celebration, Harmony, etc. The house is minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall, The Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, BJ'S, and Sam's Club, and every chain restaurant to exclusive upscale restaurants. You can walk to Medieval Times and to Super WalMart.

This exclusive gated community houses large lake (with beach and volley ball) which is home to a wide range of waterfowl and beautiful birds. Also on site there is a private clubhouse with exercise room, games room, refreshments. Not to mention the large communal pool and hot tub.

This house was great, clean and well kept and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, wifi, phone, pool etc, the location was perfect, close to almost everything. The property manager was also really nice and helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed our end of the year weekend at this house and will definitely come back and recommend this house to frieds and family.

We had an awesome time in Orlando and the stay at your home made it even better. My family did not want to leave. It was more than enough space for us. I have told family and friends how wonderful the home was. A bbq grill would be nice a nice addition. A must rent the next time we are in Florida.

Spring Break vacation!

We had a trully enjoyable time staying at this property! The house and community was very well kept and up to date! The property manager was readily available to help us with any issues and the owner communicated with us regularly regarding our trip. The resort area was absolutely beautiful complete with a lake, public pool, club house, gym, and etc.. The community was also quiet and our neighbors were wonderful. It took us about ten to fifteen minutes to drive to DisneyWorld and twenty minutes to drive to Universal Studios, even with traffic! Location was close to shopping and dining. We will definitely rent this property from these owners for future trips to Florida and have already reccommended this property to friends and family!

We had a great time in FL and enjoyed the fact we had a home to relax in vs a hotel room. We had all the comforts of home, convenient shopping, and a nice quiet place to lay our heads at night.
