Our vacation villa is nestled up against a conservation area with mature trees which provides for PRIVACY when relaxing on the lounge chairs by the HEATED POOL. Just get lost in the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds singing. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the GOLF COURSE viewed from the front of the house. This home is 1660 square feet and has a screened in patio/pool area and a 2 CAR GARAGE. KITCHEN has everything you need. There is a master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and it's own bathroom; second bedroom with a FULL SIZE BED; and a third bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS. There is another full bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have VERIZON FIOS. Other amenities include DVD/VCR, STEREO, video, books, Wi Fi INTERNET, TELEPHONE, WASHER/DRYER, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, towels, crib, high chair, toys for pool. This home is perfect for seniors, families, business travelers, golfers, snowbirds, etc. It's the perfect place to enjoy your Florida vacation. ATTENTION!! Esprit Estates is a quiet community situated on a golf course next to Lake Davenport. Esprit offers tennis and basketball courts, golf course, and community pool with a picnic area and access to Lake Davenport with fishing pier and boat dock. All I can say is this house beats any time-share or hotel around. The rates are very reasonable. It truly is a home away from home. All of the bedrooms are very spacious. The living room and dining rooms are very bright and spacious as well. I loved the decor and furnishings. The patio and pool are fantastic fun places to hang out and unwind after a long days at any of the Central Florida resorts! And the proximity to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico is so convenient!! And the view of the sunset over the palms on the golf course is phenomenal!! A WINNER on all accounts!! I am definitely coming back to this house!

We just came back from this property and the house was very clean. The house has a lot of essentials and it was close to major highways and close to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this house and look forward to staying there again.
