Great weekend trip for Bachelor Party

We all had a blast at the Blue Heron. I'm the best man for an upcoming wedding, and the groom wanted a break from the traditional partying in the city and asked me to set up a weekend trip to a cabin/lakehouse within 2 hours from DC. I spend weeks on VRBO, ended up finding the Blue Heron, which was slighty past the 2 hour radius but it was worth totally it. The place comfortably fit 12 guys in our mid-late 20's. We grilled out, went out on the pontoon for the afternoon, caught crabs by the dock and used their traps to catch more and ate them, hung out in the pool, had some drinks on the huge deck, and had a great weekend. Very large property on the water where you have your own privacy without feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere. Convenient grocery stores 5 minutes away to pick up things we forgot. Susan was a great host - we hope we can come back again for another get-together.
