Enjoy all the luxury amenities this beautiful 12 story beach resort has to offer. Our condos are located on the 2, 3,6 and 10th floors. Situated on 2000 feet of sugar white beach, the Majestic Sun at Seascape is one of Destin’s premier resorts.

Here, your leisure and recreational choices are almost endless with an on-site 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, on-site fitness center, and a 3200 square foot heated indoor/outdoor pool with bubbling hot tubs.

There is truly something to satisfy everyone - championship sport fishing, designer outlet and boutique shopping, and outstanding gourmet or casual dining. With so many options you may just want to soak in the sun or take a sunset stroll enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Dirty!!!!

This was our second stay at Majestic Sun and we were very disappointed in this unit. There was toothpaste all over the walls and toothpaste holder in the bathroom, hair in the silverware organizer in the kitchen, counters that weren't even wiped down, some substance down the side of the fridge and a disgusting pantry that had dried food on the walls and floors and a dead bug on the shelves. When the owner was contacted by email to let her know of the condition of the condo she just replied with a "Thanks for letting me know" and that was it. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I would find another place to stay.
Owner's Response: We really did appreciate you letting us know after your stay about the issues with the condo. We did decide to go with a new cleaning staff for that condo based on your feedback. We had sent another email to you the next day apologizing again for the inconvenience you had during your stay and letting you know the outcome. It seems like you did not receive that due to this review? We do take the happiness of our guest very seriously. I am sorry that we were not able to do that for you at the time of your stay. While it may not be with me, I hope your next vacation rental experience will be a happy one.

Fantastic Affordable Pretty

We came down for a stay last March for Spring Break and again for Fall Break and we are planning to come back this year. This company has a few different units at Majestic Sun, We have loved all of them! The unit are always updated, clean and priced much better than anything like it. We have stayed at Majestic Sun for the past 5 years and after finding this company, we won't be staying with anyone else!

We have dealt with this agent before and have always been very pleased with her help. This unit has been the best so far! It was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was terrific, and everything was very close by (especially the Catholic Church less than a mile away!) Being pet friendly was an absolute plus for us, and Sophie had as much fun as we had. A couple of friends joined us for a few days and we had a blast. There are so many golf courses very close by. One of our better experiences. We may never deal with any other agents in Destin! We will certainly put Majestic Sun at the top of our list!

The people that recomended this place to us were the most wonderful people in all my years of traveling
The accomedations were beautiful and so was the view.When My husband had to be at Eggland Air Force to work for two weeks they helped with the pricing so that I could afford to go with him and take my little dog. When I had questions about anything they were excellent in helping me.I have recomended
this to all my family and friends. We have been there twice and I will go there again.

Great condo and trip!

The condo at Majestic Sun was very nice and that comes from someone who used to own a Gold rated condo in Destin and is very picky. We enoyed the entire eight days we were there. The furnishings are very nice and everything was super clean. The view is incredible. The "Pet Friendly" option sold us for sure. Our dog, Georgia, enjoyed her time there just as much as we did. We will certainly be back soon!
